Skype, Zoom, FaceBook & Google Hangouts are internet chat capabilities which make it possible to work with people from anywhere in the world. These programs are free software that can be downloaded to your computer and installed easily and are available to anyone with a computer and internet service provider with a connection that operates at medium to high speed. Video sessions are as effective as in-person sessions and we utilize video sessions.

 

Video sessions are great for situations such as: Long distance travel, bad weather, physical restrictions, irregular or difficult schedules.

Requirements for Video Sessions :

​

• A computer or laptop with the video program, camera, and a microphone

• A comfortable headset is recommended though not essential

• A comfortable bed, couch, or chair with your head supported

• A room in which you will not be disturbed for about 60-90 minutes

• A true desire to make personal change
